CODE AMENDMENT – POLICE AND FIRE PENSION PLAN
a.Discussion concerning a proposed
ordinance amending Section 2-161 of Article V, “Pension and Certain Other Benefits for Fire and
Police Employees,” of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances by removing the decrease in the cost
of living adjustment.

CODE AMENDMENT – COLLECTION OF RESIDENTIAL YARD WASTE
b.Discussion
concerning a proposed ordinance amending Section 14-31, “Collection of Residential Yard
Waste,” of Article II of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances to limit registration and yard waste
removal requirements to commercial tree trimmers and landscape maintenance companies.

CODE AMENDMENT – PAIN MANAGEMENT CLINICS
c.Discussion concerning a proposed
ordinance amending Appendix C, Zoning, of the Code of Ordinance to impose additional
restrictions on medical or dental offices or clinics and pharmacies relating to the distribution and
sale of controlled substances.

CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUNDING FY2011 – STREET SIGNS
d.Discussion
concerning replacing concrete monument street signs and applicable stop signs within the Village
with new street sign and pole design.
