a.Discussion concerning funding capital
improvement projects utilizing undesignated reserves in the General Fund.

b.Discussion concerning a proposed ordinance amending Article V,
Signs and Outdoor Displays, of Chapter 6 of the Code of Ordinances to exempt individual signs
within multiple occupancy complexes or developments with an approved sign concept from
obtaining separate Planning Commission approval.
