APPLICATION FOR ZONING CHANGE TO COMMERCIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT –

SHOPPES AT CITY CENTRE
Discussion concerning an application to rezone a 10.65 acre parcel
of property located at 11241 U.S. Highway 1 (west of U.S. Highway 1 and south of PGA Boulevard)
currently known as North Palm Marketplace to a Commercial Planned Unit Development (CPUD) to
be named Shoppes at City Centre.
