PUBLIC NOTICE
ATTORNEY-CLIENT SESSION
The citizens and property owners of the Village of North Palm Beach and
all interested persons are hereby advised to take notice that Mayor Manuel,
Vice Mayor Aubrey, President Pro Tem Norris, Councilman Hernacki, and
Councilman Gebbia will convene an open meeting of the North Palm Beach
Village Council on Thursday, September 30, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., at which
time the Village Council will announce its intention to meet in a private
attorney-client session with Village Manager Jimmy Knight, and its Village
Attorney Leonard G. Rubin; to discuss pending litigation concerning
Poster's Pub. This attorney-client session will be held pursuant to Fla. Stat.
286.011(8) on Thursday, September 30, 2010, at approximately 7:00 p.m.,
at the Village Hall, 501 U.S. Highway 1, North Palm Beach, Florida. At the
conclusion of this attorney-client session the Village Council will reconvene
its public meeting and the person chairing the meeting shall announce the
termination of the attorney-client session.
