A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA APPOINTING NINE MEMBERS TO THE
AD HOC BUSINESS ADVISORY COMMITTEE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution 2010-40, the Village Council created the Ad Hoc
Business Advisory Committee, consisting of nine members appointed by the Village Council; and
WHEREAS, each member of the Committee shall be an owner, officer, manager or
administrative employee of a business operating within the Village's corporate limits and the
membership shall represent each of the three primary categories of businesses; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to appoint the members of the Ad Hoc Business
Advisory Committee, each of whom shall serve a term of one year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing "whereas" clauses are hereby ratified and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby appoints the following individuals to serve as
members of the Ad Hoc Business Advisory Committee:

Member: Barry Paraizo
Member: Brian Pruitt
Member: Kim Roetzer
Member: Raj Shah
Member: Brian Yarnell
Member: David Polk
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
