Continued discussion and consideration as to the implementation of a non-ad-valorem assessment
for fiscal year 2012 related to Village garbage/waste collection.

CODE AMENDMENT – ESTABLISHING STANDARDS FOR VACANT LOTS
b.Discussion
concerning a proposed ordinance implementing standards for the maintenance, condition, and
use of vacant residential and commercial lots within the Village and ensure consistency of
Village Code provisions.
