BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}{ PALM BEACH,

V Section 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 187-69 is hereby

amended to read as follows:
"No person shall, for the purpose of causing
a condition of intoxication, euphoria, excite-
ment, exhilaration, stupefaction, or dulling
of the senses or nervous system, intentionally
smell or inhale the fumes from any model glue
as defined in Section 1, or any of the volatile
solvents used and contained in "model glue", or
any other solvent, material, substance, chemical,
or combination thereof, having the property of
releasing toxic vapors; provided, however, that
this section shall not apply to the inhalation
of any anesthesia for medical or dental purposes."
