AN ORDINANCE OF T}{E VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIllA,
AMIiNllING ORDINANCE N0, 20, THE SAME BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE. OF SAID VILLAGE, BY EXCLUDING CARNIVALS, FAIRS, AMUSE- '
h91;N 1' PARKS AND CIRCUSES FROM ALL RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL ZONING
DISTRICTS OI' THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 11 of Ordinance No. 20 be, and the
same is hereby, amended by adding thereto subsection 11 to read
as follows:
"No carnival, fair, amusement park or circus
shall be carried on in any residential or
commercial zoning district in the Village of
North Palm Beach, including Zoning Districts
R-1, R-2, R-2-A, R-3, C-A, C-1-A, C-1, and
C-2."
