OF PURCHASING AGENT FOR THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB FOR ALL
PLIRCIIASF.S L1NDF,R $200.00; AND SETTING FORTH PURCHASING PROCEDURES AT THE ,
NORTH PALM BEAC}{ COUNTRY CLUB.
BE I7' ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}i,
1'LORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Article VI, Section 2(hh) of the
Village Charter, the Country Club General Manager of the North Palm
Reach Country Club shall be the purchasing agent for the North Palm
Bcach Country Club, by whom all purchases of supplies in an amount
less than $200.OD shall be made, and he shall approve all vouchers
for the payment of same. Purchases of materials in excess of $200.00
shall be made in conformance with Article V, Section 3(h) of the Village
Charter.
Section 2. In the absence or inability of the Country Club
General Manager to approve vouchers for the payment of purchases, these
may be approved by the Assistant Country Club Manager or the Village
Manager of the Village of North Palm BeactA.
