AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
SETTING FORT}[ AN APPLICATION FEE WHICH MUST ACCOMPANY ALL APPLICATIONS
FOR VARIANCES IN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, AND FURTHER REQUIRING
THAI' APPLICATIONS FOR VARIANCES BE MADE UPON FORMS REQUIRED BY THE
BUILDING DEPARTMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:

N Section 1. All applications for variances to regulations or

U restrictions established by Ordinance No. 20, as amended, it being the

Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North Palm Beach, shall
be done by application to the Board of Adjustment of the Village of North
Palm Beach. The application to the Board of Adjustment may be made
by any property owner or tenant or by a governmental office, department,
board or bureau. Such applications shall be filed with the Building De-
partment, Village of North Palm Beach, who shall transmit the same,
together with all the plans, specifications, application blank and other
papers pertaining to the application to the Board of Adjustment. Any
such application, except by a governmental agency, must be accompanied
by a filing fee of $25.OD.
Section 2. All applications to the Board of Adjustment concern-
ing variances shall be upon forms to be supplied by the Building Department,
copy of which forms are attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by reference
made a part hereof.
