AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
N0. 20, AS HERETOFORE AMENDED, THE SAME BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
SAID VILLAGE, BY REZONING BLOCK 1, PLAT N0. 1 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
FRONY ZONING DISTRICT C-A TO ZONING DISTRICT C-lA.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Block 1, Plat No. 1 of the Village o£ North Palm Beach is
hereby removed from Zoning District C-A, Commercial District, and shall henceforth
be classified in Zoning District C-lA, Limited Commercial District.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to reflect upon
the Official Zoning Map by hatching or other appropriate means of designation the change
of zoning classification effected under this amending Ordinance.
