AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 20, AS HERETOFORE AiMENDED, THE SAME BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF SAID VILLAGE, BY REZONING THE LOTS, TRACTS AND PROPERTY DESCRIBED ON THE PLAT OF
PALM BEACH-LAKE WORTH ESTATES AS LOTS 7~ THROUGH 89, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH TRACT
A SHOWN THEREON FROM ZONING DISTRICT C-lA TO ZONING DISTRICT R-3, AND BY REZONING THE
LOTS DESCRIBED ON THE PLAT OF PALM BEACH-LAKE WORTH ESTATES AS LOTS 60 THROUGH 78,
INCLUSIVE, FROM ZONING DISTRICT R-1 TO ZONING DISTRICT R-2, AND BY REZONING THE LOTS
DESCRIBED ON THE PLAT OF PALM BEACH-LAKE WORTH ESTATES AS LOTS 90 THROUGH 94, INCLUSIVE,
FROM ZONING DISTRICT C-lA TO ZONING DISTRICT C-A.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIAM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The lots, tracts or property described on the .Pla.t of PALM BEACH-
LAKE WORTH ESTATES of the Villa ge of North Palm Beach as Lots 79 through 89, inclusive,
and Tract A a.re hereby removed from Zoning District C-lA, Limited Commercial District,
and shall henceforth be classified in Zoning District R-3, Apartment Dwelling District.
Section 2. The lots or property described on_the plat of PALM BEACH-LAKE
WORTH ESTATES of the Vi1la.ge of North Palm Beach a.s Lots 60 through 78, inclusive, are
hereby removed from Zoning District R-1, Single Family Dwelling District, and
shall henceforth be classified in Zoning District R-2, Multiple Family Dwelling District.
Section 3. The lots or property described on the Plat of Palm Beach-Lake
Worth Estates of the Village of North Pa.1m Beach a.s Lots 90 through 94, inclusive, are
hereby removed from Zoning District C-lA, Single Family Dwelling District, and shall
henceforth be classified in Zoning District C-A, Commercial District.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to reflect
upon the official Zoning Map by hatching or other appropriate means of designation the
change of zoning classifications effected under this amending Ordinance.
