Hayor Pierman called the Workshop Session to order at 10:30 p.m. All members
of the Council were present except Vioe Hayor Gardner who was out of town. All
members of the staff were present.
WORKER'S COMP SfiTTLSMfiNT CLAIM
A discussion was held concerning noceptanoe of a settlement offer for Worker's
Compensation claim for Robert Robinson. This item will be placed on the October
12, 1969 regular session agenda.
AMENDMENT TO PURCHASING REGULATIONS
A discussion was held concerning an amendment to the Purohaeinq Regulations as
outlined in the Finance Director's memo of September 13, 1989 to the Village
' Manager. This item will be placed on the October 12, 1989 regular session
agenda.
REMAINING ITSNS TO BS PLACED ON 10/12/89 WORRBHOP SESSION AGENDA DUS TO CURFEW
Due to the 11:00 p.m. curfew, the following items will be planed on the October
12, 1989 workshop session agenda:
Holiday Schedule for 1989-90
Resolution - 8valuation and Appraisal Report of Comprehensive Plan
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to Dome before the Council, the meeting was
adjourned at 11:00 p.m.
