ROLL CALL
Mayor Pierman called the Workshop Session to order at 10:35 p.m.
All members of the Council and the staff were present.
LINPRO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
Mr. Brandenburg and Mr. Macke, representatives of Linpro Company,
made a presentation to the Council concerning development of land
in the vicinity of the North Palm Beach Community Center. They
were seeking information regarding the type of development that
would be agreeable to the Council.
SOUTHERN BELL FRANCHISE AGRSEMBNT
A discussion was held concerning a resolution renewing the southern
Bell Franchise Agreement, per our Village Attorney's report. This
item will be placed on the regular session agenda of Thursday,
December 14, 1989.
The Village Manager reported to Council on the letter dated
November 2, 1989 from Allamanda Elementary School regarding the
Tri-Party Agreement -- 8ngle/School Board/City of Palm Seach
Gardens (Siena oaks). This was for informational purposes only.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 11:01 p.m.
