MINUTES OF WORKSHOP SESSION
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
THURSDAY, MAY 25, 1989

Mayor Pierman called the Workshop Session to order at 9:03 p.m.
All members of the Council and the staff were present.
A discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution
authorizing the Mayor and Village Clerk to execute deeds .for two
rights-of-way on Prosperity Farms Road. The Village Manager and
the Village Attorney are to look into this and see if the Village
can obtain money from Palm Beach County for these rights-of-way
and bring the matter back to a future workshop.
A discussion was held concerning the contract between the Village
of North Palm Beach and Arthur Young b Company for auditing
services for the 1988-89 fiscal year. This item will be placed
on the regular session agenda of June 8, 1989.
A discussion was held concerning the revised golf course use
privileges for certain employees. The Village Manager is to
clean this up and bring it back to a future workshop.
A discussion was held concerning the proposed County impact fee
collection policy change. The Village Attorney is to draft a
resolution on this for the Regular Session of June 8, 1989.
A discussion was held concerning a draft resolution creating a
Country Club Study Committee. The Village Attorney is to prepare
said resolution for the Workshop Session of June 8, 1989.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
