Mayor Mundt called the Workshop Session to order at 8:20 p.m. CALL TO
All members of the Council and the Staff were present. ORDER
A discussion was held concerning purchase of the Passionist PASSIONIST
Monastery. The Village Attorney was instructed to check to see MONASTERY
whether the Comprehensive Plan, as it presently is, will take
care of zoning of the Monastery property.
A discussion was held concerning C.J. VanSchaffelaar's subletting NPBCC
the snack bar at NPBCC to Dick Cavanah. No action will be taken SNACK BAR
until the Village Attorney advises Council on status of Mr.
VanSchaffelaar's contract.
A discussion was held concerning the purchase of a cable CABLE CROSS-
crossover machine from forfeiture funds for the weight room. OVER MACHINE
This item will appear on the Regular Session agenda of March 23,
1989.
' A discussion was held concerning a transfer in the amount of COMP PLAN
$1,800 from Acct. No. 10-519-061-49911 (Council Contingency) to LEGAL
Acct. No. 10-519-016-34910 (Legal Advertising) to appropriate ADVERTISING
funds for Comp Plan legal advertising. This item will appear on
the Regular Session agenda of March 23, 1989.
A discussion was held concerning a transfer in the amount of REMEDIAL
$18,000 from Acct. No. 10-519-061-49911 (Council Contingency) to ACTION
Acct. No. 10-519-035-33120 (Engineering Services) for additional PLAN
funding to complete the testing work and preparation of bid
specifications for the Remedial Action Plan. This item will
appear on the Regular Session agenda of March 23, 1989.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
