Mayor Pierman called the Workshop Session to order at 8:44 p.m. All members of
Council were present except President Pro Tem Marks and Councilman Valonte who
were out of town. All members of staff were present.
A discussion was held concerning purchase of new scorecards from Burco Industries
for reopening of the golf course. This item will be placed on the Special
Session agenda of July 31, 1989.
Tlie item concerning a contract with Meadowood, Inc. for construction of signs
was removed from the agenda. The ltem will be placed on the 6pec1al Session
agenda of July 31, 1989.
A discussion was held concerning award of bid to Computer Golf Software of Boca
Raton for computer software for Country Club in the amount of ik3,300.00 to be
expended from Account No. 41-572-311-66315 (Computer Hardware & Software). A
resolution will be prepared for this item and it will be placed on the Regular
Session agenda of August 10, 1989.
' A discussion was held concerning extending golf course membership to Mr. Ray
Howland, retired Village Manager. This item will be placed on the August S0,
1969 Regular Session agenda.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting was
adjourned at 9:15 p.m.
