VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

Mayor Pierman called the Budget Workshop session to order at 7:00
p.m. All members of Council were present. The Village Manager and
the Director of Finance were also present.
This session dealt primarily with Public Safety, starting with
Emergency Medical services. Present to asslst the Council in
budget discussions was Dr. McCurdy, Medical Director for the
Village EMS. Following the EMS budget was the Police Department
budget. That discussion was limited to primarily personnel matters
and, in particular, overtime explanations. The Public safety
Department was instructed to return the next night with
explanations regarding overtime.
Members of the public were in attendance at this meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
A recording was made of the foregoing and is on file with the
Village Clerk.
