SETTING FORT}{ AN APPLICATION FEE W}{ICH MUST ACCOMPANY ALL APPLICATIONS
POR RE7ONING IN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, AND FURTHER RE-
QUIRING T}{AT APPLICATIONS FOR REZONING BE MADE UPON FORMS REQUIRED
BY THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
I'LORIDA:
Section 1. All applications for rezoning and all appli-
cations to amend, supplement, modify or repeal the boundaries,
districts, regulations or restrictions established by Ordinance No.
20, as amended, it being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the
Village of North Palm Beach, shall be done by application to the
Planning and Zoning Board of North Palm Beach. The application to
the Planning and Zoning Board may be made by any property owner or
tenant or by a governmental office, department, board or bureau.
Such applications shall be filed with the Building Department,
Village of North Palm Beach, who shall transmit the same, together '
with all the plans, specifications, application blank and other
papers pertaining to the application to the Planning and Zoning Board.
A~ly such application, except by a governmental agency, must be
accompanied by a filing fee of $100.OD.
Section 2. All applications to the Planning and Zoning
Board concerning rezoning shall be upon forms to be supplied by the
Building Department, copy of which forms are attached hereto, marked
Exhibit 1, and by reference made a part hereof.
