Mayor ~4undt called the Workshop Session to order at 9:15 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council and the staff were present except
President Pro Tem Valente who left the meeting due to illness.
A discussion was held concerning purchase of the Passionist PASSIONIST
Monastery. Village Attorney Herbert Gildan will prepare a letter MONASTERY
to be sent to Monastery indicating the Village's interest in PURCHASE
purchasing the property and in obtaining the first right of
refusal.
A discussion was held concerning review of annual audit for REVIEW OF
fiscal year 1987-88. This item will appear on the Regular ANNUAL AUDIT
Session agenda of March 9, 1989.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
