Mayor Plerman called the Budget Workshop session to order at 7:00 p.m. All
members of Council were present. The Village Hanager and the Finance Director
were present.
Council revisited the Recreation Department and finalized the language on the
personal computer; from there they progressed into discussing playground
equipment and miscellaneous recreational items. In Park Maintenance, the number
of part-time employees was reduced from three to two and then ooncluded, bases
on discussions between the Council and the Hanager, that any employee, including
department heads, on probation would not reoeive an annual salary increase.
However, they could possibly receive up to a 5$ inorease upon the completion of
their probationary period. Finally Counoil disouased and established department
head increases.
Members of the public were in attendance at this meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
