Ida yor Pi-erman called the Workshop Session to order at 9:57 p.m. All members of
Cowie i.l and staff were present.
A discussion was held concernino the Northern Palm Beach County Water Control
D~.strict. This item will be placed on the Regular Session agenda of September
19, ]989.
A report on the Loxahatchee River Basin Water Resources Plan was presented by
C.R. O'14cilia, Director of Public Services. This item, along with Agenda item
;n;mber 6. a. (Northern Palm Beach County Water Control District) will be put into
1v_solution form and will be placed on the Regular Session agenda of September
19, 1989.
P. discussion was held on Agenda item 6.f., Voluntary Annexation Request - Milling
td:u:i na - Monet Road and Intracoastal Waterway. It was the consensus of Council
to send this item to the Planning Commission.
F. discussioncvas held concerning budget transfer to fund replacement of sidewalk
~t the vicinity of Old Port Cove and Monastery on U.5. Highway One. This item
~.~ill be placed on the Regular agenda of September 14, 1989.
Irac to the. 11:00 p.m. curfew, the remaining agenda items will be placed on the
lorkshop agenda of September 14, 1989.
