Mayor Mundt called the Workshop Session to Order at 8:25 p.m
All members of the Council and the staff were present.

A discussion was held concerning the purchase of a new spray
machine for the North Palm Beach Country Club in the amount of
$9,800.00 to be expended from the 1981 Bond Issue Reserve Funds.

A discussion was held concerning the transfer of $975.00 from
Account No. 10-519-061-49911 (Council Contingency) to Account
No. 10-513-013-11400 (Overtime) for overtime pay for employees
in the Finance Department. This item will be placed on the regu-
lar session agenda of March 24, 1988
A discussion was held concerning the award of bid to Zambelli
Fireworks for 4th of July fireworks in the amount of $7,299.00
to be expended from Account No. 10-572-043-34932 (Public Events).
This item will be placed on the regular session agenda of March
24, 1988.

A discussion was held concerning award oP bid to Adel Construction SLURRY SEAL BID
Co. for 85,000 square yards of slurry seal, at a unit prtce of
$0.678 per square yard, fora total of $57,630.00, to be expended
from Account No. 10-541-034-34681 (Slurry Seal). This item will
be placed on the regular session agenda of March 24, 1988 along
with the necessary transfer of funds.
A discussion was held concerning proposed changes in the Village's PROPOSED CHANGES
purchasing regulations. This Item will be placed on the regular IN PURCHASING
session agenda of March 24, 1988. REGULATIONS
There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
