VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

THURSDAY, JUNE 9, 1988

Mayor Mundt called the Workshop Session to order at 9:15 p.m.
All members of the Council and the staff were present.
A discussion was held concerning the current club professionals'
contracts. A major question was whether they should be notified
that their contracts were not being renewed. This item will not
be placed on the regular session agenda.
A discussion was held concerning some of the capital improvements
that the Council wished to see in the next budget. Items mentioned
were the beautification of the medians north of the Parker Bridge
and the rebuilding of the service alley wall on the east side of
U.S. One. A Clean-Up Campaign was also discussed. No further
action was taken as most of these items will be discussed at Bud-
get Workshops.

' The Village Manager brought up an amended request from Wallace En- REZONING REQUEST
gineering for reconsideration of a rezoning in the County at Lor-
raine and AIA. They have stated that the County will support a
CS designation which will restrict them to 2-story professional
offices. This item will be placed on the June 23, 1988 regular
session agenda.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 10:08~p.m.
