VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
THURSDAY, JANUARY 28, 1988
Present: Tom Valente, Mayor

Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk
Absent: Kenneth H. Mays, D.M.D., Councilman
Mayor Valente called the Workshop Session to order at 9:35 p.m.
All members of the Council were present except Councilman Mays who
was out of town attending a seminar. All members of the staff were
present.
A discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution accepting the
annual contracts let by Palm Beach County for various public works
materials and services. This proposed resolution will be placed on
the regular session agenda of February 11, 1988.
A discussion was held concerning review of the Annual Audit for Fiscal
1986-87. Messrs. Harrell, Bellou, and Cocuy, representatives from
Arthur Young,were present to answer any questions posed by the Council.
A discussion was held concerning recommendations of the Country
' Club Rules Committee. This item will be brought to a future work-
shop meeting after being sent to the Country Club Advisory Board.
A discussion was held concerning a date for a Planning Workshop to
identify Council's priorities for the balance of 1988 and beyond.
This workshop was scheduled for March 24, 1988.
A discussion was held concerning confirmation of appointment of
Mary Baldwin as Deputy Village Clerk. This item will be placed
on the regular session agenda of February 11, 1988.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m.
