MINUTES OF WORKSHOP SESSION
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 1988
Present: Tom Valente, Mayor
V.A. Marks, M.D., Vice Mayor

Herbert L. Gildan, Village Attorney
Dolores R. Walker, Village Clerk
Mayor Valente called the Workshop Session to order at 7:50 p.m
All members of the Council and the staff were present.
A discussion was held concerning the. Agreement of lease for the
North Palm Beach Country Club Driving Range between the Village
of North Palm Beach and Peter Finlayson. Mr. Finlayson was not
present to indicate whether or not he wished to renew the lease.
Some discussion ensued among Council as to whether the Village
should take over the driving range. This item will be placed on
the regular session agenda of March 10, 1988.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
