Mayor Valente called the Workshop Session to order at 8:15 p.m.
All members of the Council and the staff were present.
The item concerning a bid award to Bemis Company, Inc., for
polyethylene refuse bags was placed on the regular session
agenda of February 11, 1988.
A discussion was held concerning the MacArthur Foundation annex-
ation law suit. This item will be addressed at an Emergency
Session following the Seacoast Public Hearing on February 16,
1988.
A discussion was held concerning the Village drafting a reso-
lution requesting that the State Legislature utilize certain
of the funds in the State Infrastructure Trust Fund for match=
ing grants to local governments to assist in meeting the re-
quirements for infrastructure as set forth in Sec. 163.3177,
Florida Statutes, relative to required Comprehensive Develop-
ment Plans. A Village resolution will be prepared for the regu-
lar session of February 25, 1988.

A discussion was held concerning a Performance. Appraisal Form for PERFORMANCE

There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 8:58 p.m.
