MINUTES OF WORKSHOP SESSION
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FIARICIA
HELD

Mayor Valente called the workshop Session to order at 9:16 p.m.
Councilman Mays and Village Clerk, Dolores Walker, were absent
and excused.
A discussion was held concerning a contract between the Village
of North Palm Beach and Land Research Management, Inc. to
complete the Comprehensive Plan update. This item will be placed
on the regular agenda of November 12, 1987.
A discussion was held concerning a policy 'for sick time pay for
long-term service retirees. This item will be placed on the
regular agenda for November 12, 1987.
A discussion was held concerning an appeal of the decision of
the Planning Commission to issue a Certificate of Appropriateness
for the expansion of the Econ~Lodge Motel, 757 U. S. Highway
#1. This item will be placed on a Special Hearing Agenda,
November 12, 1987, at 7:00 p.m., prior to the regular session.
There being no further business to Dome before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 10:35 p.m.
