VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

Absent: Tom Valente, Mayor
Vice Mayor Marks called the Workshop Session to order at 9:07
p.m. All members of the Council were present except Mayor
Valente, who is out of state. All members of the staff were
present.
A discussion was held concerning the Agreement between the
Village and the Department of Community Affairs regarding a
coastal management element for our Local Government Comprehensive
Plan. This will be placed on the regular session agenda of June
11, 1987 for Council authorization to have the Mayor sign said
Agreement.

A discussion was held concerning the request for a change in PALM BEACH
zoning from CB Zoning District to C-1 Zoning District for the LAKE WORTH
' Palm Beach Lake Worth Estates property owned by Foundation Land ESTATES -
Company, (the four lots across from Village Hall). The Council FOUNDATION
unanimously concurred that this request should be sent to the LAND PROPERTY
Planning Commission.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 9:16 p.m.
