Mayor Mundt called the Workshop Session to order at 8:33 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present. All members of the
staff were present except Dolores Walker, Village Clerk, who was
on vacation.
Mr. John LaCerda, 130 Yacht Club Drive, made the following STATEMENTS FROM
statement: THE PUBLIC
"D r. Marks, I feel that you overreacted to my memo. It was
intended only as an informative, confidential report. It was no
threat. You and I have been friends for years and have worked
together on many projects. I have never questioned your
integrity or that of your fine wife, nor will I. When Susan
phoned me today, she said she is not now using her real estate
license. It was good of her to call. I am very sorry, doctor,
for this blowup here tonight."
A discussion was held concerning authorizing the Mayor to sign EMPLOYMENT
the employment agreements between the Village and Peter AGREEMENT WITH
Finlayson, Golf Professional, Carole Kalogeropoulos, Tennis VILLAGE
Professional, and Richard Cavanah, Pool Manager. This item will PROFESSIONALS
be placed on the regular session agenda of Sept. 25, 1986.
A discussion was held concerning the award of bid for maintenance BID AWARD -
of the grounds around the North Palm Beach Country Club MAINTENANCE
Clubhouse. This item will appear on the regular session agenda OF CLUBHOUSE
of September 25, 1986. GROUNDS
A discussion was held concerning the award of bid for new BID AWARD -
carpeting for the Library. This ite m will appear on the regular LIBRARY
session agenda of September 25, 1986. CARPETING
A discussion was held concerning the award of bid for the BID AWARD -
cleaning and repair of the storm sewer system in Plat 4. STORM SEWER
This item will appear on the regular session agenda of September SYSTEM - PLAT 4

A discussion w as held concerning the contract between the Village CONTRACT -
and Forbes Labor Relations Service, Inc. This item will appear FORBES LABOR
on the workshop session agenda of September 25, 1986. RELATIONS SERVICE
There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 9:05 p.m.
