Mayor Mundt called the Workshop Session to order at 8:02 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council were present except President Pro Tem
Mays. All members of the staff were present.
A discussion was held concerning the following proposed BILL NOS.
ordinances. All of these are needed to update our Village 491 THROUGH
Codes: 496
Bill No. 491 - Building Code
Bill No. 492 - Mechanical Code
Bill No. 493 - Plumbing Code
Bill No. 494 - Electrical Code
Bill No. 495 - Gas Code
Bill No. 496 - Housing Code
The foregoing proposed ordinances will be placed on the regular
session agenda of October 23, 1986 for first reading.
A discussion was held concerning the award of bid to BID AWARD -
Wimer-Stubbs, Boca Raton, FL, for a gymnasium divider for the GYM DIVIDER
Community Cent er in the amount of $7,913.70, to be expended from FOR COMMUNITY
Construction Account No. 31-572-888-66213. This item will be CENTER
placed on the regular session agenda of October 23, 1986.
A discussion was held concerning Tom Forbes proposed labor
relations serv ice contract for the forthcoming year. This item
will appear on the October 23, 1986 workshop session agenda.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p. m.
