RESOLUTION 2010-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING ROBERT A. GEBBIA AS
AN ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE NORTHLAKE BOULEVARD
CORRIDOR TASK FORCE PURSUANT TO THE SECOND AMENDMENT
TO THE AMENDED AND RESTATED INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, THE CITY OF
PALM BEACH GARDENS, THE TOWN OF LAKE PARK AND PALM
BEACH COUNTY; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, .the Village of North Palm Beach, the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach
County and the Town of Lake Park previously entered into the Second Amendment to the
Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement effective. May 16, 2006 (R2006 0866), which
Agreement concerned the Northlake Boulevard Corridor Task Force (hereinafter referred to as
"Task Force"); and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of the Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement provides for the
appointment of regular and alternate representatives to_ the Task Force and the Village Council
hereby wishes to appoint an alternate representative.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby appoints Councilman Robert A. Gebbia as an
alternate representative to the Northlake Boulevard Corridor Task Force:
Section 3. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this Resolution are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
