Mayor Mundt called the Workshop Session to order at 8:22 p.m. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council and the staff were present.
A discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution awarding BID AWARD -
bid to C & J Lawn Specialists, Inc., North Palm Beach, FL, for TENNIS LAWN
lawn maintenance for the tennis courts at the Country Club in the MAINTENANCE
amount of $400 per month, to be expended from Account No.
41-572-131-33490 (Lawn Maintenance). This item will be placed on
the regular session agenda of March 27, 1986.
A discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution awarding BID AWARD -
bid for acoustic renovation at the North Palm Beach Community ACOUSTIC REN-
Center to Acousti Engineering Company of Florida in the amount of OVATION -
$22,216, to be expended from Account No. 31-572-888-66213 COMMUNITY CENTER
(Community Center Construction Fund) This item will be placed
on the regular session agenda of March 27, 1986.
A discussion was held concening prospective applicants for APPLICANTS
concessionaire at the North Palm Beach Country Club. This item FOR
will be placed on the regular sesson agenda of March 27, 1986. CONCESSIONAIRE
A discussion was held concerning the review of a new contract for
the Country Club Restaurant Lease Agreement. This item will be
placed on the regular session agenda of March 27, 1986 unless
Council has a special session before that date.
A discussion was held concerning Palm Beach County Capital
Improvement Projects for the 1986-87 fiscal year. This item will
be placed on the regular session agenda of March 27, 1986.
