VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

Absent: Al Moore, Vice Mayor
V. A. Marks, M. D., Councilman
Mayor Valente called the Workshop Session to order at 8:10 p.m.
All members of the Council were present except Vice Mayor Moore
and Councilman Marks, who were on vacation. All members of the
staff were present.
Mr. Robert Holley, of Robert Holley Associates, was present at
the meeting to discuss the acoustical problem at the North Palm
Beach Community Center. A lenthy discussion ensued and members
of the Council posed numerous questions to Mr. Holley concerning
his report of June 20, 1985, and specifically the three
alternatives he suggested - A, B, and C. It was tentatively
agreed that Alternative B would be the most practical for our
' needs. The Village Manager and the Director of Public Services
will meet with Mr. Holley and come back to Council with cost
figures, etc. at some future workshop session.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 9:10 p.m.
