Vice Mayor Moore called the Workshop Session to order at 8:30 p.m. ROLL CALL
A11 members of the Council were present except Mayor Marks who is
out of town. All members of the staff were present.
A discussion was held concerning Bill No. 453 - Fire Prevention BILL N0. 453 -
Code. This item will be placed on the September 27th Regular FIRE PREVENTION
Session Agenda. CODE
A discussion was held concerning Bid Award.- Lawn Maintenance. BID AWARD - LAWN
It was decided to put this bid on the Regular Session Agenda of MAINTENANCE
September 27, 1984, with a proviso that the bid is not to be
awarded until after the 1st of October, 1984.
' A discussion was held concerning the latest proposed interior EMS MODULAR
plans for the EMS Modular Building. After a short discussion, BUILDING
Council decided to approve concept drawing as proposed and place
the item on the Regular Session Agenda of September 27, 1984.
A discussion was held concerning the review of all Village occu- OCCUPATIONAL
pational licenses. Council decided to put this item on the first LICENSES
Workshop meeting in October of this year.
Payment of Vacation Time was dropped by Council. PAYMENT OF VACATION

A discussion was held concerning authoriztng the Mayor to execute EMPLOYMENT AGREE-

the Council.
A discussion was held concerning costs for various Village Documents COSTS FOR VARIOUS

' There being no further business to come before the Council, the ADJOURNMENT
