VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

Absent: Tom Valente, Councilman
Mayor Marks called the Workshop Session to order at 9:32 p,m.
All members of the Council were present except Councilman
Valente, who was out of town. All members of the staff were
present.
A discussion was held concerning amending Section 1.04 and
Section 15,01 of the Personnel Rules & Regulations concerning
handicap regulations. This item will be placed on the regular
session agenda of November 8, 1984.
A discussion was held concerning a review of the current Village
occupational license fees. Upon comparing the various fees, the
Council did not feel there were any substantial inequities;
therefore, they opted not to make any changes in the present fee
structure.
A discussion was held concerning sick, vacation, and compensation
balances for Village and Country Club employees. The Council
requested that the changes to the Personnel Rules & Regulations
which were discussed on these items be made and presented to
Council by the Village Manager on November 8th; therefore, this
item will be placed on the regular session agenda of November 8,
1984.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 10:18 p,m.
