Mayor Valente called the Workshop Session to order at 9:00
p.m. All members of the Council and the staff were present.
The item concerning an appointment to .the Country Club Advisory
Board and an appointment to the Recreation Advisory Board was
deleted from the workshop session agenda. The Village Clerk
was instructed to ascertain who had applied for these boards
in May, 1983 and add the names of those persons to the list
of prospective applicants. This item will be placed on the
regular session agenda of February 9, 1984.
A discussion was held concerning wording fora proposed new
section to our Personnel Rules & Regulations regarding a Sick
Leave Pool. The Village Manager will come up with the wording
for this section and the item will be placed on the regular
session agenda of February 9, 1984.

A discussion was held concerning the proposed new contract for BODO FICKLER
Bodo Fickler for the operation of the restaurant at the Country CONTRACT
Club. Steve Sandusky is to get together with Bodo. again and
make some changes in the contract, and bring this item back to
Council after the contract has been revised.
There being no further business to come before the Council, ADJOURNMENT
the meeting was adjourned at 9:40 p.m.
