Mayor Valente called the Workshop Session to order at 9:45 p.m.
All members of the Council and the staff were present.
A discussion was held concerning the status of a new computer
system for the Village. The Village Manager informed the
Council that staff is still talking to companies and looking
at computer systems, but are not ready to recommend anything
at this time. He stated requests for proposals will be ready
to go out in early October and.we will have them back in late
October.
A discussion was held concerning Cancer and Lung cards at the
Country Club. There was also discussion on raising the cart
fees $2.00 for persons using the Cancer and Lung cards. This
item will appear on the Regular Session agenda of October
13, 1983.
There being no further business to come before the Council,
the meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
