Vice Mayor Marks called the Workshop Session to order at 8:35 P.M.
All members were present with the exception of Mayor Valente.
A discussion was held amcerning a proposed resolution awarding
bid to Accurate Tennis Courts, Miami, FL for the resurfacing of
two public courts at the NPB Cotntry Club in the amount of
$4,319.00 to be expended fran Account No. 61-519-99.11 (Council
Contingency). this item will appear on the Regular Session
agenda of June 9, 1983.
A discussion was held concerning authorization for the Mayor to
sign the revised 911 Mutual Aid Agreement. After a.].cn~thy
discussion it was decided by Council that a covering Resolution
for this agreement be drafted and placed on the agenda for
J~a-e 9, 1983.
' A discussion was held concerning authorizing the Village Manager
to transfer $3,000. from the Council Contingency Account to
Account No. 15-514-31.11 (Special Legal Fees) to replenish this
account. This item will appear on the Regular Session agenda of
June 9, 1983.
A discussion was held concerning the foes-Caning of Prosperity
Farms Road. It was suggested that Village Manager, Ray Howland,
write a letter to the county informing them that the Village
Council does not want Prosperity Farms Road fors-laned.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
