Mayor Valente called the meeting to order at 9:45 p.m.
All members of the Council and Staff were present.
A discussion was held concerning a proposed Resolution
awarding bid to Pro-Caulk, Inc. to waterproof the ex-
terior of the seamd floor of the library in the amount
of $4,300.00 to be expended from Accmnit No. 41-571-46.40.
Zhis item will appear on the Regular Session agenda of
April 14, 1983.
A discussion was held concerning the request fran Sea-
coast Utilities for a non-exclusive easement in the
northeast corner of the Country Club property, adjacent
to the waterway and U. S. 1. Mr. O'Meilia is to get a
recamendation from Mr. Howard Searcy, our Catisulting
Engineer, on the erosion problem and this item will be
brought back to Cotmcil at the April 14, 1983 Regular
Session for consideration.
A discussion was held amceming a new proposal from
Ernst & whimey for contracting with the Village for
the audit for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1983.
After discussing this matter, Council instructed the
Village Manager to go out for bid.
the item concerning removing the Village tennis courts
fran the Caimtry Club A~unistration and returning them
to the Recreation Department was withdrawn from the
agenda at Councilman Moore' s request.
There being no further business to come before the
Council, the meeting was adjourned at 10:12 p.m.
