Mayor Valente called the meeting to order at 8:25 p.m.
with all meters being present.

A discussion was held concening a proposed resolution
awarding bid to Coral Comnnication for radio maintenance
for Public Safety & Public Services iri the amount of
$7,272.00 for one year to be expended fran various
accotmt numbers. This item will appear on the next Regu-
A discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution
awarding bid to Fire Fighters Equipment Company for one
hydraulic rescue tool in the annum of $4,607.17 to be
expended from the Federal Revenue Sharing Accrnnt.
This item will appear on the next Regular Session agenda
of March 24, 1983.
A discussion was held concerning the light poles and the
public tennis courts at the North Palm Beach Country Club.
Ding the discussion on the removal of the light poles
at the south termi.a courts, President Pro Tem Mundt
suggested that all five lights be removed. However, at
Council's Regular Session of January 27, 1983 it was wted
that the poles be removed when they are deemed unsafe by
our Insurance Inspector. Mr. Welch, the Insurance In-
spector, in his letter of March 3, 1983 addressed to Mr.
Howland, stated that the three most deteriorated light
poles should be removed. Therefore, this item will be
brought back to Cotncil at the March 24, 1983 Regular
Session for consideration to remove all five poles.
