Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 8:40 p.m. ROLL CAT i.
with all members being present.
A discussion was held concerning a bid for a Hydraulic
Rescue Tool. After mach discussion the Mayor asked the
Village Manager to check with Fire Chief Joyce as to
why he specified the name Porter in the bid specifica-
tion and report back to the Council on this before a
Resolution is prepared for the next Regular Session of
2/10/83.
A discussion was held concerning the review of the audits
for the General Fiord, North Palm Beach Country Club and
Revenue Sharing for the fiscal year 1982. This item
will appear on the next Regular Session Agenda of 2/10/83
for acceptance.
' A discussion was held concerning a local bill for tmi-
foxm tmmicipal election dates (per Jackie Winchester's
memorandum dated January 18, 1983). It was decided to
draft a Resolution deleting Section 8 and place it an
the next Regular Session Agenda of 2/10/83.
A discussion was held concerning whether Perry Cable TV
has the right to regulate the rates set by Perry Cable
TV for the private entertainment service being offered
to the residents of the Village. The Council decided
to draft a letter stating that we still operate under
a franchise which both parties signed and we will con-
tinue to operate that way.

A discussion was held concerning bids for the new cardi- CARDIOPULNI3NARY RESUS-
opulomonary resuscitator. After much discussion as to CITATOR BID
where the monies would come from to purchase this
resuscitator it was decided to put this bid in Resolu-
tion form, on the next Regular Session Agenda of 2/10/83.
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Council, the meeting was ad3ourned at 10:02 p.m.
