with all members being present.

lution awarding bid to J & B Slurry seal Canpany
for annual slurry seal work in the arrotatt of
$16,950.00, to be expended from Federal Revenue
Sharing Accotnt No. 34-541-53.15. This item will
appear ar the next Regular Session agenda of March
10, 1983.
