Mayor Moore called the meeting to order at 8:21 p.m.
with all members being present.
A discussion was held concerning the proposed changes
to the Fire and Police Pension Plan Ordinance. After
some discussion it was decided that the Village Manager
and Village Council would meet to discuss the Pension
Ordinance in executive session at the same time they
are discussing the new PBA proposals.
A discussion was held concerning the purchase of four
banquet tables from Boynton Restaurant Supply, Inc.
in the amount of $224.00 and fifty stack chairs from
Marathon Restaurant & Bar Supply conpany in the amount
of $1,095.00, to be expended from Account No. 21.1-572-
64.21. It was learned that there is no such accrnmt
number and that one would have to be created by an
ordinance labled Dining Room Tables & Chairs. After a
lenghty discussion concerning the ftnnitw:e, pool pump
and surplus money it was decided by Council that an
ordinance be drafted to appropriate the entire $ll 057.00
to be in an ROF account and to have line items of 5,000
for the pool pump and $1500 for furniture, the remaining
amount to be just a surplus item.
There being no further business to come before the
Council, the meetixxg was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
