Vice Mayor Brown called the meeting to order at 8:35 P.M. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council and staff were present save
Mayor Moore due to vacation.
Discussion was held concerning a proposed resolution PERSONNEL REGS.
amending the personnel regulations concerning part-time REGARDING PART
employees. The Village Manager is to check with the TIME EMPLOYEES
Village Attorney on questions raised by Council. This
item will be on the next Regular Session Agenda of
October 14, 1982.
Discussion was held concerning the designation of number EMPLOYEE
of employee holidays for FY 82-83. The Village Manager HOLIDAYS
will look into the overtime for Public Services as
requested by Council. This item will be on the next
Regular Session of October 14, 1982.
Discussion was held concerning the disposition of .items SURPLUS ITEMS
now considered surplus. This item will be on the next DISPOSITION OF
Regular Session agenda of October 14, 1982.
Discussion was held concerning Pension Negotiations. It PENSION
was requested that the Village Attorney give further NEGOTIATIONS
clarification of the letter from the Village Manager of
September 22, 1982. Mr. Gildan will send this clarifica-
tion as soon as possible.
There being no further business to come before the Council, ADJOURNMENT
the meeting was adjourned at 8:50 P.M.
