VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, MAY 27, 1982

Mayor Moore called the Workshop Session to order at ROLL CALL
9:20 p.m. All members of the Council and staff were
present.
A discussion was held concerning new kitchen equipment KITCHEN EQUIP-
for the NPB Country Club. It was decided to go out for MENT FOR NPBCC
bid on the three items necessary, with the monies to be
appropriated from the interest in the current bond issue.
Discussion was held on the Census Neighborhood Statistics CENSUS NEIGHBOR-
Program. This item will be placed on the Regular Session HOOD STATISTICS
of June 10, 1982. PROGRAM
A discussion was held concerning Royal American 72" Pipe ROYAL AMERICAN
It was decided that Mr. O'Meilia's office will take care 72" PIPE
of this item.
A discussion was held concerning the Inventory from the NPB COUNTRY CLUB
NPB Country Club. It was decided that the Village INVENTORY
' Manager would get in touch with Mr. Danner concerning
an explanation of the missing items on the inventory
and advise him that the missing items would have to be
replaced or payed for.
A discussion was held concerning Article 4 of the Village ARTICLE 4 OF THE
Code. It was decided that State Statutes supercede any VILLAGE CODE
Village Ordinances, therefore this item was not discussed
further.
A discussion was held concerning a petition received PETITION FROM
May 20, 1982 regarding Occupational License charges VILLAGE DENTISTS
for many dentists operating in North Palm Beach. Mr.
O'Meilia was instructed to follow-up on any outstanding
license fees.
There being no further business the Workshop Session ADJOURNMENT
was adjourned at 9:50 p.m.
