' AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, MAKING IT UNLAWFUL
TO COMMIT ANY ACT WHICH IS OR SHALL BE RECOGNIZED UNDER, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA
AS A MISDEMEANOR WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL LIMITS.
' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORID19c
Section 1. It shall be unlawful to commit within the limits of the Village _
of North Palm Beach a,ny a,et which is or shall be recognized by the laws of the State
of Florida, as a. misdemeanor, and the commission of such acts is hereby forbidden.
Section 2. A violation of any provision of this ordinance shall be punished
by a. fine not exceeding $500.00 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding sixty days, ___
or bo°th such fine a.nd imprisonment.
