MLNUPES OF THE WORKSHOP SESSION OF THE
VILTAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PLAM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSRAY, AUGUST 26, 1982

Mayor Moore called the Workshop Session to order at 8:05 P.M. ROLL CALL
All members of the Council and staff were present.
Discussion was held concerning the employment agreements between COUNLRY CLUB
the Village and Peter Finlayson, Golf Professional; Raymond Keldie, PROS - EMPIAYMENT
Tennis Professional and Richard Cavanah, Pool Manager. After sane AGREQ~TLS
discussion it was decided that this item will be on the next
Regular Session Agenda of September 9, 1982.
Discussion was held concerning a mere from the Village Manager TAXING FOR
to the Village Attorney concerning a possible referendum allowing SERVICES
the Village to raise taxes to help pay for services provided to the
Village Residents. Mr. Gildan will look into this subject and
advise Council as soon as possible.
Discussion was held concerning a letter received from Fran Gill NPB II.EI~Ni'ARY
regarding matching fiords for work performed at the NPB Elementary MATCHING FUNDS
School grounds, with in kind services. The Village Manager will
have a meeting with Fran Gill, Russ Ruskay, Charlie O'Meilia and
others inwlved in this project. The Manager will bring back to
Council their findings.
Discussion was held concerning the Personnel Rules and Regulations PERSONNEL RULES
governing the Part Time personnel. The Village Attorney will draft AND REGULATIONS
a resolution with the requested changes to be ready for the PART TIME E[~IAYEES
Workshop Session of September 9, 198.
There being no further business to care before the Council, the AATOUR~If
meeting was adjourned at 8:24 P.M.
