AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 116-1965, WHICH GRANTED A CABLE TELEVISION FRANCHISE TO BURNUP &
SIMS, INC., BY EXTENDING THE DATE WITHIN WHICH THE SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE
FRANCHISE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
' FROM TWO AND ONE-HALF YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE FRANCHISE TO TWO YEARS AND'
EIGHT MONTHS FROM THE DATE OF THE FRANCHISE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF-NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 9 of Ordinance No. 116-1965 be, and the _
same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"Section 9. This Ordinance shall become null a.nd void in the
event that the company does not begin construction of its
Community Antenna Television System facilities within two _
years from date so as to provide the services outlined _
herein to the residents of the Village of North Palm Beach -
during the period of not less than two years a.nd eight
months from date."
