AN ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE NORTH
PALM BEACH GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
2006-2007 TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$46,350.00 TO PURCHASE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TO BE FUNDED BY THE
PALM BEACH COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
GRANT PROGRAM; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to amend the adopted Village of North Palm
Beach General Fund budget for Fiscal Year 2006-07 to reflect the receipt of EMS grant
funds from Palm Beach County and authorize the expenditure of such funds to purchase
equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT ORDAINED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recital is hereby ratified as true and correct and
. incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby amends the adopted Village of North Palm
Beach General Fund budget for Fiscal Year 2006-07 as follows:

Section 3. All ordinances and resolutions, or parts of ordinances and resolutions, in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
• Section 4. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon adoption.
